Breakfast for champions!! ♥ 3 egg omelet (mushrooms, scallions, paprika, fresh basil, diced red pepper; inside: tomato, herb spread, fresh basil) cooked in organic coconut oil for those amazing monounsaturated fatty acids. <— that’s what I call good shit right there. Sliced red peppers, garden cucumber, fresh homemade pica de gallo and guacamole, and of course BACONNN. Paired with an amazing iced coffee. This is what I call perfect. :)
I wanted salmon and I wanted corn on the cob. So I made both. ^-^ Baked salmon in a maple basil buttery lemon glaze (unff sooo good), over a bed of greens & tomatoes, and a lightly grilled corn on the cob. Freaking delicious.
Egg omelet, greens, mushrooms, red pepper, fresh homemade pico de gallo, avocado w/ paprika, coffee, and cherries. :3
Balsamic grilled chicken and caprese salad. No basil? No problem! I used arugula instead. You can find the recipe for the caprese salad here.
Tonight’s dinner: Balsamic grilled chicken, organic greens, arugula, local farm picked strawberries (yummy!), sesame seeds, crushed almonds, drizzled honey balsamic vinaigrette.
3 pastured eggs with some dill and red pepper. Inside: dab of cream cheese, arugula, strip of bacon. Chicken “kotleta”, cucumber, red pepper.
Yesterday’s breaky ♥ 3 pastured eggs, sauteed portabella mushrooms, red onion, red pepper, cilantro, bacon, tomato, cucumber. Nom nom.
Breakfast chili, fuck this was delicious. Made with grass fed beef, sweet potato, fried egg, pastured bacon, avocado, and cilantro.

Baked salmon with tarragon and broccoli drizzled with garlic herb butter sauce. Fave ♥ Though next time I’m asking them to cut up larger portions of salmon.
