y Good morning!
Or not so good morning. Whatever life is throwing at you right now. I just got to work. Taking a moment to unwind before boss-guy gets into the office. 
Got my breakfast and lunch packed, a bottle of water, an entire box of tissues because I’m still sick and going through these boxes within like a day. Got my homemade iced coffee. And some munchkins! (oops) No regrets. ;) Don’t mind my face. I know I look gross with all the redness going on from being sick.

Scared the crap out of my mom with my yogurt & oatmeal facial mask. WIN.
PS: This stuff is phenomenal for your face. If you don’t suffer from acne, I highly suggest ditching the chemical facial cleansers and staying away from salicylic acid as much as you can. Oatmeal will gently exfoliate and cleanse your skin, soaking up all the dirt and nasty stuff from your face and will reduce any redness. While the yogurt will instantly penetrate and hydrate your skin, and the lactic acid will even out your skin tone. The result is gorgeous, soft, glowing skin.
A few weeks ago I had a really bad breakout right before TTOM. I used a ton of acne wash products, moisturizers, and exfoliated my face daily with a little microdermabrasion kit. It actually made things worse. So I ditched the chemicals and started cleansing my face with oatmeal and using an organic moisturizer. Did a few oatmeal/yogurt masks. And now my skin is awesome again.. better than it was before my breakout.

Here’s the dress that I bought for 49 cents. Calvin Klein! What a steal! I also bought those jeans and that top. I needed something casual that was good for spring without needing to wear a bulky jacket on top. And now that basically only like two of my jeans fit, I need all the denim I can get—especially when it’s only $12! 

I just went shopping and bought a crapton of stuff. 

  • 2 small clutch/bags that you wear over your chest. So cute.
  • 2 seashell necklaces, and 1 seashell bracelet. Finally something tiny that fits my wrist.
  • 2 skirts (a plain black pencil skirt, The Limited size 6! and an ivory flowy plaid one I don’t fit in yet (size 12.. it’s TINY omg.. talk about screwed up sizing)
  • 2 vests (a sewn one with vintagey-flowers. It’s tanish coloured.. I like it. And a cream knit one which is adorable. 
  • 1 casual light blue button down blouse.
  • 1 long-ish navy blue looks like a lieutenant blazer. Size 2. Doesn’t fit me yet in the arms, but it will by the time Fall comes! I’m going to wear it as my jacket :))
  • 1 white long-ish blazer. I love this thing. What a steal! I’ve been looking for a nice jacket that is longish that I could wear with skinny jeans, a nice top, and heals. But all the jackets at the store are too tight on my arms and too big around my torso so I end up looking like I’m 8 months preggers.
  • 1 pink-plum cropped cardigan
  • 1 dark blue flowy blouse that clinches at the waist and makes me not look like a pear LOL I love it. Size 2! But it fits perfectly. Just a TADDDD snug on my arms but it’s not very noticeable. :))

I’ve missed shopping so much.
