Eggs, smoked salmon, and herbs.
Finally broke my fast after 28 hours. :)
Dinner: Turkey breast gently fried in butter, grilled veggies marinaded in EVOO, sea salt & garlic, pepper, and some Indian spice mix (zucchini, red pepper, red onion, brocolli, portabella mushrooms), with a side of horseradish w/ beets.
Delicious!
Breakfast: 3 eggs, 3 strips bacon, spinach, red pepper, red onion, basil, salsa, 1/2 avocado, cucumber. Coffee w/ butter & heavy cream and a dash of pumpkin pie spice mix. :3 nom!
