I’m going to try to do a 1-month no makeup challenge. I already wear bare minimal makeup. But I want to give my face a rest. Only things that I’m allowing on my face are chapstick/lip balm for my lips and mascara on special occasions like parties, church, going out, etc. Because I look like I just woke up if I don’t wear mascara LOLOL.

YAY! This is a challenge for those who weigh themselves on a regular basis, most likely every day (like me!) We know the frustrations of daily weight fluctuations. One day it seems like you lost a pound, other moments the scale doesn’t budge for days at a time, and sometimes the scale jumps up 5lbs in ONE DAY! EEP!
It’s time to kick the nasty habit, and stress along with it.
I’m proposing you not to weigh yourself for two weeks starting Monday, July 11th and ending Sunday, July 25th. Instead, you will focus more on non-scale achievements such as fitness, endurance, the way your clothes feel, the way your body looks, and body measurements.

(: You will be making a before and after post of your stats to track your progress. ^-^ You’re encouraged to stick to your diet and exercise plan as much as you can, and anything else that motivates you.
