Did a quick warm-up this morning. Stopped at the 4:30 mark :) Getting better! It kills my calves, no joke. Probably because I’m not a runner so my calves are less conditioned than other parts of my body.
I just did a quick test run on the jumping jack thing. I got up to 3:45 before stopping. I’ll definitely be feeling it in my calves tomorrow. I can’t wait until I’m able to do the entire workout from start to finish. Got a long way to go, but we can do it! I’m with you guys. :)
