IDK, I just bust my ass LOL. On the elliptical I did 30min HIIT and then 30min low-intensity cardio (which felt like an extended cool-down aha). Obviously the calorie burn isn’t 100% accurate since it’s a machine read off, but I input my weight and age. So it’s a good general estimate. :)
