My cardio endurance is beastly. Thank you swimming and intense elliptical sessions at the gym <3 The last 2-min cardio circuit at the end is like a cooldown for me LOL.
Side lunges still kill me. But I’m getting better.
I also tackled static lunges with arm raises. :3 Before I’d have to pause for a few seconds. Woooott.
The only other thing that gets me is bicycle crunches. But I don’t stop, I resume into regular crunches when I can’t maintain bicycle.
I’m resting for an hour and then heading to the gym for some elliptical love. ^-^ Hopefully my legs won’t be sore. Don’t think they will.
