I can definitely feel a difference between day 1 and day 3. I have cardio down pretty well. It’s the lunges that screw me over. Sigh.

I need to work on static lunges to strengthen my legs.

Upside: I could never really do squats. My hamstrings weren’t that flexible. Now I can sit down pretty low :3 It killlllsssssss so bad. But I do it anyway because I know it pays off! :D

PS: Adding a new 30DS tag to my sidemenu just to keep track of my progress and so I don’t forget which day I’m on :3
