Sounds like you’ve chosen an impractical weight loss plan. You’re not going to be successful at it if you can’t stick to it, which only kills any motivation and makes you feel crappy. Simply “sending motivation your way” isn’t going to help in thelong run. I suggest you look over your guidelines again and change things that are too difficult to do. No carbs? That’s basically setting yourself up for failure right there. It takes a lot a lot a lot of effort and dedication to truly go very low carb. Even I never attempted that.
The best advice I can give you is to not bite off more than you can chew. Start with a moderate diet plan. Something that’s balanced. Because if you don’t get the necessary nutrients, your body is going to start craving the craziest things and you’ll be back at square one. Also make sure you’re incorporating some kind of physical activity every single day. Once you’re able to stick to a moderate diet to establish healthy eating habits, after a month start cutting things out that you don’t want in your diet and go from there.
