For the past 2 weeks Ive changed my eating habits and started to eat a lot healthier and continue to work out(I've always been really good about working out,just not my eating) and I know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day, but some days I sleep in really late because it's summer, so why not but I'm not sure if when I wake up late whether I should eat a breakfast like food like oatmeal or something and then eat a late lunch and so on,or just skip breakfast all together — hopelesscasee
It doesn’t matter if you eat a “breakfasty” food or not. LOL. Your body doesn’t distinguish between BF, L, and D. Food is food. So eat when you’re hungry. You don’t need label your meals. They pose no significance. As long as you’re not cutting out a ton of calories from your daily total due to sleeping in, then you’re fine. :)
