I've been waking up really late lately, around lunch time, and so it stuffs up my whole diet since I'm having 2 meals a day... Lunch and Dinner. But I sort of have no choice but to sleep in. Is this bad that I'm having Breakfast during Lunch or doesn't it harm? — Anonymous
Hmmmm… not that I know of. Your sleeping schedule though…. it might not be the best idea of sleeping in until noon. Do you have a really late shift or something?
