I'm REALLY sore today because I've been working out a lot these past few days, between walking, volleyball practices, basketball practices, the elliptical, etc. So sore I had to take advil to walk last night. Do you have any suggestions for what I should do today (yoga, jog, etc?) or would it be more beneficial if I used today to just rest? — Anonymous
You need to rest and give your poor muscles a break and some time to heal. You don’t want to injure yourself. And you’re better being safe than sorry, for the sake of your volleyball and basketball team.
