  • Shoe size: 6-7.5.. it depends on the shoe and company. But I’m typically a comfortable 6.5-7.
  • Clothing, US sizing; shirts in general: small/medium/large. Abercrombie shirts: medium. Abercrombie ultra skinny jeans: 10 (although this was a few months ago, I might have gone a size smaller). General jeans: 9/10 SHORT ;) ; skirts: 6/8 (although my favourite Calvin Klein skirt right now is a 4.. yeah IDK US sizings are weirdd). dresses: 6/8/10 - it varies. Calvin Klein 8. Jackets/Blazers? 6/Medium. H&M tops I’m a 6/8. US.
  • UGW: Size 2 Abercrombie jeans is my current goal. But I don’t really have a set number. I just want to be happy with my body… and proportional LOL.
  • I started my journey because I’ve battled with weight issues ever since I was a pre-teen. I got terribly sick which caused my hormones to go out of whack and I gained a ton of weight. I never went through physical therapy which didn’t help the issue. I was never taught proper nutrition. And I had/have depression. I’ve tried to lose weight on and off before. But I’m an adult now. I’m done yo-yoing. I just want my life back. And I need to deal with the associations I have with my weight/body in order to be happy. It was also a great post-breakup release to distract myself with.
  • I’m hoping to achieve self-acceptance. Not from losing weight in itself. But my journey really doesn’t stop with my weight. It stops when I do reach that acceptance and learn to love myself. Learn to be okay with myself and be able to identify with myself. That’s what I want.
