It’s not a “new” plan persay. I just tweaked my diet a little. Halved the grains and replaced those calories with more fat and protein. Like, I still eat the same things I ate before. The only difference is that before I would eat 2/3c oats instead of 1/3-1/2. And I would only eat about 1/2 oz of nuts instead of 1-2oz. Just little things like that to give an example.
As for lunch/dinner… they mostly consist of some kind of baked/grilled/pan fried meat (chicken, beef, pork, turkey patties, fish, sometimes tuna) + a ton of veggies either cooked or raw (I try to have a combination) + some kind of fat (avocado, butter, oil, CHEEEESSSSEEEE). If I’m low on calories or carbs for the day then I’ll have a side of grain or potato. :) You can see pictures of the stuff I eat here. The newer stuff is a better representation of my diet than the older stuff.
As for snacks…. hmm. I used to snack on apple + peanut butter religiously. Sometimes I would snack on a tuna salad/wrap or veggies and hummus, or grilled veggies + melted cheese. Sometimes I’d make a smoothie or a milkshake. I don’t really snack anymore. I don’t feel the need to. But it would probably be along the lines of greek yogurt, some fruit, and a handful of nuts. Yumm :3 Although that comes out to be more like a meal for me ahhaha.
