Pretty good day :)) Surprisingly my protein intake is higher than usual on lower calories. Plus I had a few “finger spoonfuls” of some homemade chicken salad here and there (regular mayo, eep!). I’m going to assume ~50 extra calories worth. I was planning on going to the gym earlier. But I had to take it easy yesterday. So I figured I should take a full rest day, and then get an intense workout tomorrow or Saturday. Might end up going out of town for the day tomorrow. IDK yet. It has been a relaxing day (ish). Mom kept commenting and making the dumbest remarks about my counting calories or eating something I was making. So irritating. -____- Couldn’t even enjoy cooking or have some peace and quiet to myself in the kitchen. Whatevs~
I need more fat in my diet, though. I’ve noticed I eat very very low fat. Lean meat, 1% milk, 0 fat yogurt, etc. But I’m just really focusing on losing weight. I feel like the extra calories from switching low fat to full fat would stall my progress calorie in-calorie out wise. I think once I hit maintenance I’ll make the switch. I’ll have a higher calorie allotment anyway. No deficit :3 So add like.. another 300-600 calories to my intake. :3 Hope you guys had a good day!
