This is a constant in my refrigerator. The only food I make every week because it is my mom’s absolute favorite. It’s one of the most versatile foods I have. I can dress it up just about anyway. Stuff it into a bell pepper, wrap it up in lettuce leaves, cup it in cabbage leaves, roll it into a nori sheet, lay it on top of onion bread… You get the idea.
