Nothing major this week. Not surprised either. I had popcorn at 2AM Saturday night while watching a movie. No doubt it influenced my weight. Surprised the scale didn’t show a gain from the sodium content.

Yup. I don’t really have much else to say. My non-scale victories pretty much pwned the scale for the entire month. :)) Hope your weight loss journeys are going well!
