Actually decided to keep track of these from now on tagged/mile. I want to improve my mile time. This is my run from yesterday. I’m surprised I even made it through. It was really really hard. Simply because I was sore like no other. I got through 1/2 of the first lap and I was like, zomg this is not happening today. It felt like I wasn’t even running, but like I was dragging my feet. I don’t think that’s a good thing. Aha.
Luckily, the soreness is actually subsiding as the day goes on. Not planning on running today though. I think my body needs that break.
