Are you kidding me? That is completely absurd. I’m sorry.

Agreed! Dairy is awesome and healthy when consumed in proper proportions. I never understood why people cut out major food groups (unless they have some kind of medical condition that their body can’t metabolize properly). It’s so easy to nit-pick incorrectly interpreted “research” results to present a controversial topic in a negative light and completely ignore the other side of the fence where the benefits could possibly outweigh the negatives.
