i'm about 5'8 i'd say and 180 and in the summer i used to workout a lot! and i lost majority of my weight but im in senior year now in high school and constantly stressed with school work and much other stuff. so i barely have the time to exercise and have gained weight back and also a lot of insecurities with it. whats your advice? :)
If you’ve gained weight that means you either underate during the summer (and slowed down your metabolism), or you’re overeating now. I suggest you start tracking your calories and don’t eat above maintenance. Then try your best to get at least a 20min workout each day. It will give you a break from worrying about school and will destress you a bit. But definitely focus on your diet because that will prevent you from further letting your weight creep up. Good luck!
