Good morning lovely followers! So I pretty much had a great week. Didn’t have much stress to deal with from family/school. Classes went well. My eating went well for the most part. My gyming went well for the most part. Took an extra rest day yesterday because I felt like I needed it. I feel great! :) The only thing that has been on my mind/bothering me a bit is V. arg -___- Oh well. A little change-up with my weigh ins: I won’t be posting weekly measurements; instead, I’ll post them at the end of the month. I think I’ll be able to see better overall results that way instead of expecting them to change from week to week because I know that’s silly.
Since last week I lost:
- -1.4 lbs :))
- LW: 145.2
- CW: 143.8
Officially out of my plateau?? Awww yeahhhhhhhh
