My Grocery List

This is stuff I always need because I eat it pretty much every day.

Fruits & Veggies
- baby spinach
- green peppers (red peppers if on sale)
- gala apples
- frozen/fresh blueberries
- cucumbers
-strawberries 
-avocado 

Grains & Carbs
- Quaker quick oats
- Whole wheat whole grain bread (rye, etc)
- Peanut butter
- Buckwheat (fave!)

Dairy
- Chobani yogurt
- 1% milk
- Eggs
- Cheese

Meat & Protein
- Chicken breast
- Turkey/beef/pork
- tuna
- frozen/fresh tilapia, salmon, flounder
- deli meats (salami, turkey breast, sausage, ham) 

Fats & Things that make food taste better
- ketchup
- bbq sauce
- extra virgin olive oil/sunflower oil
- I cook with butter
- salsa
