- Chicken breast
- Turkey/beef/pork
- tuna
- frozen/fresh tilapia, salmon, flounder
- deli meats (salami, turkey breast, sausage, ham)
Fats & Things that make food taste better
- ketchup
- bbq sauce
- extra virgin olive oil/sunflower oil
- I cook with butter
- salsa
