Not that anyone noticed or anything LOL. Finally weighed myself a few days ago for the first time since August. Yeah… long time. Only gained 5lbs back! But my “skinny” clothes are starting to feel a bit snug on me. October is right around the corner. And no better way than to get back on track on a weekend.
My birthday was the 29th. I still have like 1/4th of an oreo ice cream cake left in my freezer. So tempting.
But yeah. I need to get focused and continue what I started. More importantly, I need to figure out how I’m going to make this work with my schedule (which is kind of the reason I stopped when college started). Mornings are rough. And my afternoons are booked. And so are most of my week day evenings. Sigh. IDK. We’ll see how it goes. My current goal right now is: GO TO SLEEP BY 11:30. Once I get that down, I think I’ll be good to go. Because if I don’t get a good night’s sleep, that basically kills me for the rest of the day. And lately I’ve been taking naps after my 8AM class for like 3-4 hours at a time. It’s bad.
