Subconsciously put my weight loss on a hault.
Because I just want to recover from being sick as fast as I can. I’ve been trying to get as much rest as I can and been eating so much lately. (So it seems). Been trying to get my appetite back. Even a few days to a week or so before I got sick my appetite was a bit low and it took work just to get up to 1400-1600. So I’m happy for that. I’m starting to feel a little bit better....

Right now I’m at that point where I’m hungry-ish. And I kinda want to eat. Anddd I know I NEED to eat. But when I do, it’s like my throat simply doesn’t want to swallow the food. And it’s like my stomach doesn’t want any of it. It’s such a weird feeling.

Sorry I’ve been a been a bit absent lately. IDK. I’ve been so out of it. I think it’s this flu/cold/whatever I have. It’s making me so unmotivated in everything. Can’t wait to be well again and hit up the gym or the pool!

I need to buy a new blender for making smoothies. Because the one we have is really old and it sucks. IDK… it like… doesn’t chop up ice. And I just tried to mix some frozen fruit. And it wouldn’t mix it all. It would only mix about an inch of it from the bottom, and that’s it. No good. I’ll try to look for a small cheap one once I get my paycheck.
