Have you tried dannon? I think someone told me that they liked that over Chobani. Umm.. I personally just put up with the taste lol. I’ve gotten used to it. You could try flavoured Chobani like vanilla or something. If you buy the plain kind, mix it with various herbs and spices to make it into a kind of dip/spread.

Going to sleep early. That swim has made me ridiculously tired, actually. I’m surprised. I’m usually still wide awake by this time. Anyway, good night. (:
Breakfast at home? Or breakfast at Ihop/Denny’s/the like? If one of those chains, lookup their nutrition stuff on their sites and pick something within your caloric intake. If a plate is 1000 calories, only eat half to make your meal 500-600 calories. And then go easy for the rest of the day.

If it’s a local place. Just estimate the calories and fit it into your day. Don’t worry too much about it. If anything, you can work it off later in the evening, or the following day.
You’re not going to gain a pound of fat by going 500 calories over your calorie intake :p Just try to keep it at maintenance and you’ll be good to go. The only weight you’d gain would be just food mass and water weight.
Take ownership of your time - if you want something awesome get off facebook, turn off the tv and just get whatever it is that you want to get done done.
Lunch was sooo bad today. Aha. I didn’t eat it entirely. But still. Could have made a better choice. This is what happens when I’m given too many options!! Should have stuck with Wendy’s chili like I had originally planned. Oh well. At least my craving went away. :3
I haddd like… a little bit over 1/2 of a philly cheesesteak and then a couple of fries and a ton of ketchup AND a Dr. Pepper. Oh God… just thinking about it >__> It was yummy. Wish the steak itself was chopped up though. Definitely won’t be going back on my own.. only if I’m with friends. The fries were really good though! Like really really good. Probably the best “fast food” fries I’ve had ever. Not counting places like Applebees.. etc. I don’t really count places like that as “fast food” since you have to sit down and stuff. My lunch ended up being like 1,000 calories all together (minus the bit that I didn’t eat but I still count it anyway so whatever). Crazzzzyyyy. I’ve learned my lesson haha. So much for giving myself a treat. Now I feel guilty.
Only did a 90min swim today because my foot cramped up twice. It was annoying -__- Tomorrow: 30DS and cardio.

Perfect on the food intake. Wish I had that swim. But I had to pick up my dad from work. Oh well. Life happens. I still have a deficit. So I’m not gaining any fat. Just going to take bit longer to lose. It’s all good.
