I definitely don’t want to know how much I ate today. Or what my carb total for the day is lol. Although I did burn 750+ calories during tonight’s swim :3
I’m eating such a delicious dessert. I’m afraid the calorie intake is going to ruin it for me. D:
1 slice of cheese is anywhere from 50-80 calories. So two slices are roughly 120 calories. Plus two slices of bread… 100 each… 120+200 = 320 calories minimum. 32g carbs, 12g protein, 11g fat, almost 1000mg sodium, and practically no fiber. If you pan fry them… add calories of butter or oil that you use. So umm….. if you REALLY REALLY want it, then make it. Otherwise find something more delicious AND nutritionally better for you. :)
WHAT KIND OF SANDWICH???
THIS. :3 It looks gross but I promise it was yummy! Basically I took 1/4th avocado, mushed it up and spread it all the way at the bottom on toasted whole wheat bread. Then I heated 1/4th cup of black beans, mushed those up, and spread it overtop of the avocado. Then I chopped up tomatoes and in a separate container squeezed lemon juice and a tiny bit of vinegar, some other seasoning. Placed that on top, then sprinkles some cilantro. I had some spinach and the rest of the tomato on the side. I didn’t even touch the chips because I’m so full. Packs 11g of protein and 13.5g of fiber :3 NOM! I think I’ll be making this more often for breakfast.

And on this tumblog I barely interact with my followers. It’s so sad :( I wish more people talked to me. Especially since I’ve kind of abandoned my main blog to focus on this lol.
